Rookie Mentoring

Rookie Mentoring: Youth ministry has a reputation for quick burnouts and irresponsible leadership. This is often because churches and rookie youth directors have little experience or knowledge on how develop a healthy youth ministry. Through a mentoring program that can be designed specifically to meet your needs we believe we can change that reputation. Areas of focus include developing a teaching plan, budgeting, relating to your governing board, working with parents, developing a student leadership, developing adult leadership, finding your teaching style, developing a community presence, missions, and fund-raising. Josh has been mentoring youth directors for close to a decade and has a proven track record of success.
