I caught this on mashable yesterday. Texting has replaced talking among teens, while this might seem obvious the article is well worth the read (Click Here for the Link). This trend leads to questions like: How is your ministry using texting? What tools do you need in order to use this medium more effectively? What effect does this have on the family? Frequently, we have less of an opportunity to interact with parents, at least when families had hard line phones you might speak to Mom or Dad for a few minutes. This trend will continue to change and shape the ministry landscape.
